Principle of sulfur drum granulation
1. Raw material preparation:Sulfur as raw material, usually need to go through grinding, sieving and other pretreatment steps.
2. Mixing and stirring: mix the sulfur granules with a certain proportion of auxiliary materials (such as binders, lubricants, plasticizers, etc.) for mixing and stirring
3. Feeding: the mixed sulfur and auxiliary materials are loaded into the sulfur drum granulator.
4. Drum movement: the sulfur drum starts to rotate and carry out rocking movement, so that the material layer is constantly rolling and turning inside the drum.
5. Particle growth: Inside the drum, the temporary particles are subjected to compression force, and physical and chemical reactions occur with other particles and auxiliary materials, gradually growing into stable sulfur particles.
6. Granule curing: After the sulfur granule grows to a certain size, auxiliary curing agent is added inside the drum, so that the sulfur granule is cured into solid spherical granule.
