Structural characteristics
The pot rotates clockwise, the rotating speed of the pot is adjusted by the frequency converter, the spray gun sprays coating liquid to the chips in the pot, so that the coating liquid is evenly coated on the chips and the tablets are evenly tumbled in the pot, meanwhile, hot air is passed to the pot to remove the water on the surface of the tablets and the tablets are qualified to be coated. With reasonable control, stable line speed and fixed deflector plate in the pot, the machine makes the tablets form a flow curve in the pot to meet the process requirements of film coating.
