Organic Fertilizer Polishing Machine
Raw Materials
The organic fertilizer polishing machine it is mainly used to process powdered or fine granular fertiliser raw materials into spherical particles with high roundness. It is suitable for a wide range of raw materials, but certain characteristics must be met.
1. Material input: Raw particles are continuously and uniformly fed into the drum of the rounding machine through the feed port.
2. Rotating drum: The core is a long cylindrical drum installed at an angle. The drum rotates at a constant speed driven by a drive mechanism.
3. Rounding process: After entering the rotating drum, the particles are carried to a certain height under the combined effects of centrifugal force, friction, and gravity. Once they reach a certain height, the particles roll down under the influence of gravity.
4. Repeated Rounding: Continuous rolling, friction, and minor collisions occur between particles and between particles and the inner wall of the drum, effectively grinding off the edges of the particles, gradually smoothing their surfaces, and transforming their shape from cylindrical to spherical.
5. Discharge: Under the combined effect of the drum's inclination angle and continuous material feeding, the rounded particles are discharged from the other end of the drum.
