Production process of mineral fertilizer production line:
1. Raw material preparation: First of all, different mineral fertilizer raw materials need to be prepared, such as nitrogen fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer and potassium fertilizer. These raw materials are pre-treated according to specific formulations, which may include steps such as crushing, drying, etc., to ensure the uniformity of the raw materials and their suitability for subsequent processing.

3. Granulation: the mixed material is fed into the granulator, and the raw material produces particles through rotation and wall friction in the drum, which is suitable for the production of large-particle fertilizer.
4. Drying and cooling: After granulation, the particles need to be dried to remove excess water and ensure the stability of the particles. The dried particles also need to be cooled to avoid affecting the storage quality due to high temperature.
5. Screening and grading: The cooled particles pass through the screening machine, remove the unqualified particles, and grade the particles. Particles that meet the specifications will go to the next step, while those that fail may be returned for reprocessing.
6. Packaging: Finally, the mineral fertilizer particles that meet the quality standards will be weighed and packaged by automated packaging equipment to ensure that the specifications, quality and quantity of the products meet the requirements, and can be sent to the market after packaging.
