Working Principle
Based on the inherent motion of the machine, the sawdust pellet machine is powered by a motor, which drives the gears to transmit to the main shaft, and causes the rollers to rotate under the action of the friction force, causing the corresponding friction temperature between the rollers and the die, through plasticizing, the material is extruded from the die hole under the extrusion of the pressing wheel. The required particle length can be obtained by adjusting the cutter.
