Horizontal ring die pelletizers can be used to produce premixed pellet feed, suitable for livestock and poultry (pigs, chickens, ducks) as well as aquaculture (fish, shrimp) feed. Typical raw materials include corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, and fish meal. They can also be applied in industrial boilers, fireplaces, and similar fields, compressing agricultural and forestry waste such as wood chips, straw, and rice husks into biomass pellet fuel. Additionally, they find applications in the fertilizer industry, chemical industry, and other sectors.

Working Process of Horizontal Ring Die Pellet Machine
1. Feeding: Powdered material to be pelletized is uniformly and continuously fed into the pelletizing chamber via a feeder.
2. Conditioning: Before entering the pelletizing chamber, the material is typically mixed with steam or liquid in a "conditioner" to raise its temperature, increase moisture content, and improve pellet formation rate.
3. Compression Molding: Material is distributed into the rotating ring die. Under centrifugal force and the action of specially designed scrapers, it is evenly spread between the ring die and the press roll. Intense pressure between these components forces the material through the densely packed holes in the ring die, forming a continuous strand.
4. Cutting: Adjustable cutting blades mounted outside the ring die sever the extruded strand into pellets of the desired length as it passes through.
5. Discharge: The formed pellets exit through the discharge port and proceed to a cooler for cooling and drying, preparing them for storage and transportation.
