Production steps of organic mineral fertilizer production line:
1. Raw material pretreatment Organic raw material processing: straw, wood chips and other large organic materials through the crusher to remove stones, plastics and other impurities, control the moisture content of raw materials to 50-60%. Mineral raw materials processing: phosphate powder, potassium feldspar and other mineral raw materials with Raymond mill or ball mill grinding to 80-200 mesh fine powder.
2.Organic material fermentation Organic raw materials and fermentation bacterial agent mixed according to the proportion, stacking and tossing, fermentation 15-30 days, the material is dark brown, no odor, that is, the decomposition. After fermentation, the organic material should be crushed again to a finer grain size, and inactivated by high temperature drying or ultraviolet treatment of residual insect eggs and grass seeds.
3.Mixing and proportioning Organic-mineral mixing, according to the formula of accurate feeding, using the mixer mixing, to ensure that the organic matter and mineral powder evenly mixed. Add humic acid, seaweed extract or microbial fungus agent to enhance the fertilizer effect.
4.Pelletizing and molding It can be pelletized by disc pelletizing, extrusion pelletizing or rotary drum pelletizing, adding bentonite, starch or lignosulfonate to improve the pellet forming rate.
5.Drying and cooling Dryer temperature control at 80-120 ºC, to avoid high temperature damage to the organic matter activity, particle moisture content down to ≤ 10%; countercurrent cooling tower cooling to room temperature, sieve out too large or too small particles.
6.Packing Quantitative packaging, using automatic packaging machine according to quantitative specifications sealing, labeling.
