Production process of fulvic acid liquid fertilizer
1. Raw material preparation and pretreatment Choose organic matter (such as straw, compost, manure) and minerals (such as lignite, peat). Remove impurities and break the raw material to a size suitable for handling.
2. Fulvic acid extraction The pre-treated raw material is mixed with an acidic solution (such as sulfuric acid) and heated to react, releasing fulvic acid. The solid impurities were removed by filtration to obtain the preliminary fulvic acid solution.
3. Formulation According to the need to add nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other nutrients, adjust the formula of fertilizer.
4. Concentration and adjustment Concentration: Increase the concentration of fulvic acid by vacuum concentration or other means. Adjust PH: Ensure suitability for crop use by neutralizing and adjusting the PH of liquid fertilizers.
5. Filling and packaging Filling: Filling the liquid fertilizer into a container (such as a bottle, bucket). Packaging: seal, label, complete product packaging.
