The raw materials for producing organic fertilizer from forestry waste mainly include branches, bark, wood chips, fallen leaves, sawdust, dead branches, wood processing residues (such as edge scraps and wood blocks), and other plant residues (such as shrubs and weeds).

The production process of making organic fertilizer pellets from forestry waste:
1. Raw material collection and pretreatment Collection of forestry waste such as branches, bark, wood chips, fallen leaves, etc.Use of a crusher to break large pieces of raw material into fine particles for subsequent processing.
2. Fermentation Mix the crushed raw materials with the fermentation bacterial agent to adjust the carbon to nitrogen ratio (C/N) and moisture content. Stack the mixture in fermentation tanks or fermenters for aerobic fermentation. Turn the heap regularly to ensure ventilation and even fermentation, the fermentation time is usually 15-30 days. Upon completion of fermentation, the raw material decays and becomes primary organic fertilizer. 3.Crushing The fermented material is crushed twice to ensure that the particles are fine and uniform.
4. Ingredients and mixing Add other auxiliary materials (e.g. nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium or functional microorganisms) as required. Mix well with a mixer.
5.Pelletizing and molding Feed the mixed material into a pelletizer (e.g. disc pelletizer, drum pelletizer or extruder) to make pellets.
6. Drying and Cooling A dryer is used to reduce the moisture content of the pellets and improve stability. Cooling equipment is used to bring the pellet temperature down to room temperature to prevent agglomeration.
7. Sieving and coating The dried pellets are sieved to remove non-conforming pellets. Optional step: coating the granules to improve the fertilizer efficiency or extend the release time. 8.Packaging and Storage Use automatic packing machine to pack the finished granules into bags, seal and label.
