How to Make Organic Fertilizer from Livestock Farms Waste?
1. Fermentation and Turning: Collect manure from livestock housing into temporary storage ponds or pre-treatment areas. Add supplementary materials before transferring to fermentation tanks for high-temperature fermentation. After fermentation, use a turning machine to periodically turn the pile.
2. Crushing and Mixing: Use a crusher or shredder to break down the turned material, breaking up clumps to achieve uniform particle size. Add supplementary materials and thoroughly mix using a mixer.
3. Granulation: Select an appropriate granulator based on product requirements and raw material characteristics, such as Rotary Drum Granulator, Stirring Pin Granulator, or Double Roller Granulator.

4. Drying and Cooling: Granules exiting the granulator have high moisture content. They must enter a dryer where hot air reduces moisture below the standard level, followed by cooling with ambient air to enhance granule strength.
5. Screening: The cooled pellets undergo re-screening. Qualified products enter the finished goods silo, while fine powder is returned to the granulator and oversized pellets are crushed for reuse.
6. Packaging: An automatic packaging scale weighs the finished organic fertilizer, bags it, seals it, and sends it to the finished goods warehouse for storage.
