Animal carcasses to make organic fertilizer production line process:
1. Collection Collection: Centralized collection of animal carcasses from farms, slaughterhouses, etc.
2. Pre-treatment Sorting: Classify the animals according to their types and sizes. Crushing: Use crusher to break carcasses into small pieces for subsequent processing. Disinfection: Disinfect the crushed materials to kill pathogens.
3. Fermentation treatment Mixing: Mix the crushed materials with straw, wood chips, fungicides and other auxiliary materials to adjust the carbon to nitrogen ratio and humidity. 4. Post-treatment Sieving: After the fermentation is completed, sieve out the incompletely decomposed materials and return to the fermentation session. Drying: Dry the fermentation products until the moisture content is less than 15%, which is convenient for pelletizing.
5. Pelletizing Pulverization: further pulverize the dried material to ensure uniform particle size. Mixing: Add nutrients (e.g. nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium) or microbial agents as needed. Pelletizing: use the pelletizer to press the material into granules, common pelletizing methods include: Disc pelletizing: suitable for small-scale production. Extruded pelletizing: suitable for large-scale production, with high particle hardness. Spray granulation: suitable for liquid materials.
6. Cooling and sieving Cooling: Reduce the temperature of granules by cooling machine to prevent lumping. Sieving: sieve out qualified granules, and return oversized or undersized granules to granulation.
7. Packing and Storage Packing: Pack granular organic fertilizer according to specifications (such as 25kg/bag, 50kg/bag).
