2.The main equipment of wood pellet production line--dryer Dryer is used to dry wet raw materials. This part of equipment has dryer bin, screw feeder, hot air furnace, drum dryer, fan, belt conveyor.
3. Pelletizing process: the crushed raw materials into the pelletizing equipment for pelletizing, processing it into wood particles. Pelletizing process need to pay attention to control the pelleting temperature, pressure, speed and other parameters to ensure the efficiency and quality of pelleting.
4. Pelletizing after treatment: After pelletizing the wood particles need to be cooled, screened, packaged and other post-treatment. Cooling can reduce the temperature of the particles to prevent the particles from deformation or deterioration; screening can remove too large or too small particles to ensure the uniformity of the particles; packaging can facilitate storage and transportation.
