Continuous Carbonization Furnace WorkflowThe material is fed into the cylinder from the feeding end and then pushed to the lifting plate by the material-guiding screw, due to the inclination and rotation of the machine body, the material is lifted and thrown along the circumference continuously, and at the same time, it makes longitudinal movement in the cylinder; the high-temperature medium (hot flue gas) is folded to the outer flue through the roller and the tailpipe, and the material is exchanged with the high-temperature medium by means of heat conduction and radiation, and the moisture contained in the material is heated up and evaporated, and thus it can be dried.
